On 26 March 2019, my patent application (14/351561) was sent to the Patent Trials and Appeals Board (PTAB) for review who, unfortunately, accepted the Examiner’s contention that the application was directed to an Abstract Idea. As such, I abandoned those claims.

Retaining the same Specification, new Claims were developed. A Divisional application (16/945861) was submitted on August 1, 2020 and subsequently published. At present it’s awaiting docketing for Examiner review.
